What's new in v1.16.0

The site just got its biggest update since launch. Here is what you will notice.

News, right here

You are reading the first post in the new News section. New posts appear on the homepage and in the announcement bar at the top of every page, which cycles through everything that is current. When something is worth interrupting for, a pop-up shows it once. Close it and it stays away for a week.

Fixes

• The calculator's Cost filter works again.
• If your device prefers light mode, the site no longer shows light text on the dark background.
• The lineup importer's CAPTCHA stopped failing, and a lost vote no longer costs you your import.
• My builds is paginated, and deleting or filtering never strands you on an empty page.
• Tier lists: dragging across the context strip no longer switches the context.

Behind the scenes

• A security pass over the whole site: stricter response headers, rate limits on sign-up and password reset, tighter permissions on imports, and updated dependencies.
• Faster lineup filtering, leaderboards and navigation.
• Better monitoring, so slow pages get noticed before you notice them.

And one small thing

The Discord icon in the header got a new look. If you are not in the server yet, that is your door. Come say hi.
