What’s new in v1.27.0

Your hero collection is the heart of the site: it powers Account Strength and shows you which lineups you can build. But we noticed that far fewer of you were getting your collection in than we hoped, so we looked into why.

What we found: many uploads didn't match what the old guide asked for. Screenshots taken in the wrong roster view, from the wrong screen, or cropped too tightly, which then ended in long lists of questions or wrong numbers. That's on us, not you: the guide wasn't clear enough, and the import didn't tell you when something was off. So we fixed both.

Importing your collection

• Watch it first. A video under a minute long shows the whole import, from the game setting to the upload. Find it on the import page and in the collection import guide; it opens full screen, and holding it pauses it.
• A clearer guide, in short steps. The collection import guide and the lineup import guide are now split into steps you can click through, with a checklist at the top, fresh pictures from the current game, and the screenshots that won't work shown next to the ones that will.
• Wrong screenshots are caught straight away. Instead of ending in hundreds of questions, an upload that won't work is stopped up front, with a message saying which screenshot to retake and a link to the step of the guide that fixes it.
• 77% fewer questions. Across the imports of the last three months, questions dropped from 509 to 116, and 7 in 10 imports now need no answers at all.

If an import didn't work for you before, now is a good time to try again.

Daily Guess

• Results in your own Discord. Server admins can now have every day's Daily Guess results posted in one of their channels. The new guide, Daily Guess results in your Discord, shows how to create a webhook and send it to us. Once we approve it, each new result posts there by itself.
• Today's answers on the home page. When a new day's results are in, they lead the Latest row.
• Get a ping in our Discord. React 🔔 on a post in #daily-guess to get the @Daily Guess role and a ping with each new result. Remove the reaction to stop.

Fixes

• Fewer misread heroes, levels and counts. Several reading errors are fixed, including a few that could save wrong numbers to your collection.
• Nothing is removed by mistake. If a screenshot cannot be read, the import stops and tells you which one to retake.
• Guide pages are as wide as the rest of the site.
